Run, chicken, Run!

It's pretty fitting that my first painting of 2018 has been of a chicken. Mardi Gras comes early this year, which means I should be working on my courir du Mardi Gras costume, but I've been battling a cold so not too much at home work as been happening.

This was a commission by Hillary Gary as a pet portrait gift. I'm looking forward to doing some more personal art pieces soon once I'm feeling better. You can always reach out for commissions, though. I love doing pet portraits and any other nature related paintings you can think of.
