Unfortunately, I couldn't sell Ginny that sunflower painting because it already has a home to go to. Luckily, all of these paintings have finally found their way to their homes. My sister commissioned me to paint a set of 3 paintings, 1 of each friend's favorite flower/plant for their upcoming birthday.

     Hilary loved her Orchids so much that she decided to buy the Lilies painting to go along with them!

These past few weeks have gotten busier. I'll hopefully have some more detailed updates soon, but for right now I'm just trying to get my schedule in order.  I've finished my first month with The COOL Cooperative as well as our first 2 weeks with the kids. It's been a great learning experience for all of us and I can't wait to teach them more and get them shooting some fun short films. We'll be shooting a 3 page short horror film at the end of this month.  Since my last call for models, I've had 4 people model for me for 3 paintings. As well as starting on a self-portrait for the Harvest Womb series. I've already got 5 flower commissions for Christmas. AND I'm going to be illustrating a children's book written by my friend, Haiyan Khan. Phew. Just writing all that made me realize how busy I'll be these next few months. I like it that way, though.

As much as I have going on, I'm still always open to taking commissions and helping out on other projects. I'll be continuing to collect more figure drawings of models for a while, if you're interested.
