March Madness

I've got quite a lot of shows coming up this month. I'd love to see you at any of them you could make. Most of them contain pieces I've done in the past couple years, but on March 25th there will be a premier of a brand new piece designed especially for Burlesque Imitates Art accompanied by its burlesque performance! Also that night, on top of all pieces being for sale, there will be an auction of art prints by the artists. I can't wait to see y'all there!

 

Here's a little snippet I wrote while beginning my Burlesque Imitates Art piece:

"continuing this adventure of changing the way we view art and along the way changing the way subject matter can be affected by the surface you are working on. Is it just a background? Or does it serve a purpose?

Currently laying out my Burlesque Imitates Art piece on a mirror, which is all kinds of tricky. But also poses a lot of questions I've explored with technicality over the years."
